The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field service employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo.

After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not only get the new recordings, the sales representative has three different ways to get his picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the sales representative can use to load his or her original image and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Other possible uses
