What should be achieved?

The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The personnel photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can be done in several sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways of getting his picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original recording as well as the different versions for the different target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN into which the field service employee has to dial.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can upload his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.

Of course there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.
