What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's e-mail inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
