The use of a photo box for employee photos

You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you have specified. The head is also detected for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new recordings, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
