The mission goal
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra staff is needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in several dimensions.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can immediately appear on the picture.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can save his photos. At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
