What should be achieved?
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their own employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display, similar to a photo booth.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the recording.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen simultaneously in different dimensions.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his picture digitally.

The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the field worker can use to copy his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.

The need for investment
