What should be achieved?
The field staff in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the right format, irritating elements are removed from the background and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the employee portrait can also be displayed.
After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the picture taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can be done in several sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for the field worker to choose to receive his image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to load his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following possible uses:
