The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed at a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image can be output in many formats at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the sales representative has three different ways of getting his picture as a file.

Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to load his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
