The mission goal
The field service employees in your company have the option of photographing their own employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is done in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also detected, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
