The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company is given the opportunity to photograph and / or bring up to date their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your workforce the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.

How does the employee get the photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to copy down their original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
