The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose from to also receive their photo digitally.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original recording and the different versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery

At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
