The staff photos can be automatically cut to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in some dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also found in every photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.

The need for investment
The cost of purchasing a photo booth optimized in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
