What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the optimum format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds that you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place synchronously in various formats.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
