The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his or her recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the recorded photo will be sent directly to the employee's e-mail address.
