The solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a share option for internal / external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in many formats at the same time.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways of getting their picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his or her recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the recorded photo will be sent directly to the employee's e-mail address.
