What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the option of photographing and / or updating their own employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the optimal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is immediately read in from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way will later become a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their photos digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is then immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
Customer ratings
