The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backrounds specified by you. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in various sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately shown on the picture.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, employees can choose between three different ways to get their photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

Additional uses

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
