A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
