The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional employees on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You can place a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor, just like with the photo booth.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is simply read in from the company ID card. The data collected in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the image.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will also be visible on the image.

How does the employee get his picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
