What should be achieved?

The employees in your company get the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at locations that change on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in different shapes and aspect ratios if desired.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee can be visible on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the option to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept immediately.
