What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
