What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the option of photographing their personal employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not required on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can be set up.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more background settings you have specified. In the same way, the head is found for every photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
Other uses

The cost frame

Of course, there is also the option to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
