What should be achieved?

The employees in your company get the opportunity to photograph and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, irritating elements are removed from the background and, if desired, saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
Similar to the photo booth, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photo taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in many dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for
Outlook, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co, XING, the CRM system, Facebook, LinkedIn
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be included in the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobooth provides its own WLAN, which the employee must dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the purchase of a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the possibility to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
