The mission goal

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and/or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box like at a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data, e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take many forms at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for
the CRM system, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp & Co, XING, Instagram, Outlook, LinkedIn
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" with the help of the logo and/or the name and position of the employee can be immediately included in the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.

Other uses

In order to take full advantage of the purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photobooth optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is already worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.

Customer ratings

Since the system was introduced in 2019, two photo boxes have been permanently installed in Germany and Zurich.
