What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically cropped to the ideal format, irritating elements are removed from the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the photo booth, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this route is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
