What should be achieved?

The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image will be saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the recorded image and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place at the same time to different extents.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways of receiving his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the different target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.

Additional deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

The price for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
It goes without saying that there is also the option of trying out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept immediately.
