The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen, just like with the passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then subsequently becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the recording.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.
So you always have the ideal photo for
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, XING, WhatsApp & Co, the CRM system, Outlook
etc. are available.
Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
Alternative uses
In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:
- Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
- Recording of biometric passport photos and ID photos
- Use at trade fairs to create personalized “flyers”
- Pictures of groups of visitors, e.g. after a presentation
- Employee photos (as described above)
The need for investment
The cost of purchasing a photobooth perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
Customer ratings
