The use of a photo box for employee photos

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings.
