The use of a photo box for employee photos

The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

How does the employee get their photo?

At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
