What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your teams the opportunity to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a sharing option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in various formats.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately shown on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
