The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you specified. Likewise, the head of every photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
