The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After taking the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can be done synchronously to some extent.
So you always have the perfect photo for
WhatsApp & Co, Outlook, XING, the CRM system, LinkedIn
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their image digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down the original recording and the different sizes for the different target systems.

The price for purchasing a photo box adapted in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
