The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can easily be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head of every photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in various dimensions.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
