What should be achieved?

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

How does the employee get their photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
