The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head is found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in different sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are also on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
