What should be achieved?

You give your workforce the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image can be output in several formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
