The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined point.

The image output can take place simultaneously in different sizes.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
