The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID. The employee data recorded in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for employees to receive their image digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the worker's mailbox.
Other possible uses

The need for investment
The price for buying a photo box adapted in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased directly.
