What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
