One possible solution

2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.
