The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display, similar to the photo booth.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the photo.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
