The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the option to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You can position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, comparable to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee report can be set up.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in many sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” by means of logos and / or the name and position of the employee can also be visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new images, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
