The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option of taking photos of their personal employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can easily be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee report can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
