The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the ideal format, detached from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get the photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
