The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the option to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.
After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or various backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
