What should be achieved?

You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, detached from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
