What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds that you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in some formats.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” by means of a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his photo?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
