What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
This gives your employees the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different formats.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new images, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
Other deployment options
To get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
