The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is done in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the opportunity to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. In the same way, the head is located for every photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed image and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place in parallel in various dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately shown on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the different formats for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
Other possible uses
In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:
