The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backrounds specified by you. The head is also found for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

Other deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment
