What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the different target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
